Seats and carpets looked and smelled great after your work on my new used vehicle purchase. May I suggest you check inside windows after spraying oily cleaning solution on dash and other parts near windows. There was a spray residue on inside of all my windows that I have had to spray and wipe down numerous times with glass cleaner to get that residue smear off my windows once I got it home. Didn’t notice it when I first picked it up since it was closing time. Great job otherwise!

It was nothing short of a miracle that Darrin was able to clean out my car. I have a large white dog that goes to work with me and my car has a black interior and I'm lazy so the job was next to impossible but Darrin did it and all with good humor and courtesy. Glittery Service!
When I first bought my truck I religiously cleaned it weekly. I also had enough glitter in the back seat to arm a small cheer squad. As the years went on i cleaned my truck monthly and so it was time for a good detailing. Not only did they shampoo the dogs out of my seats, he somehow got 98% of the glitter out of the back seat and I'm truly amazed. And the conversation while I waited was a delight. WILL BE BACK

I recently had my car detailed here and it was not the best. I am a bit of of clean freak when it comes to my car. I paid $150 for my car to be detailed inside and there were spots that were still dirty when I received the car back. Detail was not very thorough. It was mentioned that my leather seats would be cleaned but there were still dirt spots on them. Grass and dirt still under the mats. I asked for them to be very careful with my subwoofer in the back and when I received my car, the wires to the subwoofer were disconnected. For $150 I expected everything to be pristine. They were very nice about everything though and tended to my needs. Connected my speaker back and cleaned the spots that were still there. We’re very patient. There was also a purple paint spot that I wanted to be cleaned and they were able to get that put. Very happy about that. Just expected a better interior detail for what I paid for.

The owner and Mgr are really some great guy’s. I got to talking with them and we had a great rapport. They understood my needs restyling the foam on my motorcycle seat. Price was reasonable, timeline was 1week. What more can you ask for. Awesome work I highly recommend Tony and the guys at Detail Docs!
A Good Job!
Recently bought a car from a private seller who didn't feel the need to get it cleaned out before selling. Brought it to Detailing Docs & they shined that baby right up! The work is done pretty well. The mats are spotless, my leather seats conditioned. The dash dusted. The windshield gleamed from both sides. Also the most filthy part of the car was restored to brand new cleanliness; the armrest storage. The hospitality of the front office was nice.

Superior Car Detailing!
Darrin of Detailing Docs worked tirelessly to clean every square inch of my old Toyota – its trunk, wheel well, and car interior to remove the stench of rancid milk (accidentally left in trunk for weeks). The strong nauseating smell which had permeated throughout interior of car is now gone. He removed the trunk lining and spare tire, and thoroughly cleaned those, as well as the spoiled residue in trunk. By the time he was finished, my car could have gone onto a show room floor for sale! I consider it a 5 Star job!
Darrin takes tremendous pride in his work to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. He is courteous, responsive to special requests, and very pleasant. I also thought the price was reasonable for the amount of dedicated hard work it took. I highly recommend him. He will provide superior car cleaning for you.

Great job, Darrin. He came by today for my appointment to clean up the interior of our Explorer. He worked tirelessly in the heat and humidity to get it all cleaned up. He completed a full interior detail that has this 15 year old vehicle looking great and smelling fresh. It is clean now and there are no stains or dirt or gravel accumulated in the carpets. Great job. A lot of work went into this and we appreciate everything he did today.

Work done well, delivery not as promised
Initially quoted an upholstery repair job that would take about 5 hours total, and could be delivered 3 working days later. Called shop on day 3, not ready yet. Drove to shop day 4, issues with short staff, not ready yet. Drove to shop day 5 and repaired F150 seat was ready, including replacement of broken part at no extra charge. Work seemed to be done properly, however the delay in promised delivery without receiving a call from the shop in advance of the missed delivery date was a bit frustrating.
Bottom line: Communication from shop not that great, but I would use them again and realize the promised delivery date is likely to not be met.

BEST Service - GREAT Quality Work
This is the first time I have used the Detail Docs to clean my Jeep. With children, pets, and the occasional barn animal, my car was so dirty I was embarrassed to even take it to be cleaned. I was completely blown away by the customer service and the quality of their work. My car looks BRAND NEW - like the day I drove it off the lot. One of my friends even asked me if I bought a new car! Phenomenal Job
My 2016 Jetta has been through two kids, a very large dog and countless cross country trips. You hear the phrase 'like new' but I figured my poor car was well beyond that level of clean. Now it looks amazing. They shampooed all the weird stains out of the fabric seats, including one bad one that had been baked-in at least three years by the Texas sun. I would have happily paid twice the amount for the quality of work that was done. Please, do yourself a favor and go see these people, and support a locally-owned business.

EXCELLENT WORK
I had the pleasure of working with Detailing Docs, I initially went in looking for a good clean up because I was getting this car ready to pass along to our grandson, I ended up getting the headliner replaced, and really the works.. Well when I finally got the car back the engine compartment looked like it came off the showroom, the seats and floors were fr better than I expected, even the trunk had been detailed. I couldn't have asked for a better turnout and will be using them again.

Exceptional Customer Service and Excellent Quality Work
I recently had chicken noodle soup to spill on the floor of my nice truck. Never had a need for removing this kind of spill before, so I started calling around for information and quotes. I contacted Detailing Docs and spoke with the owner. He was very polite and helpful in providing information about the different detailing services available. On the same day I called, I was invited to take a tour to learn how the cleaning process was completed and I accepted the invitation. The owner walked me through the facility and we viewed vehicles in different stages of being cleaned. I was impressed by the customer service and information I was provided and requested the deep cleaning service. It was late afternoon and I was able to leave my vehicle overnight. The owner went out of his way to have the work completed by noon the following day. When I picked up the truck, it was ready and displayed in a well-lit room. They even had the vehicle started and heated (it was a cold day). I told the owner that the truck looked better after his staff cleaned it than when the truck was brand new! The quality of the work is excellent and I would highly recommend these folks for any vehicle detailing. It was a pleasure to do business with the owner of this company and his staff. I will always appreciate his time, the education in auto detailing, and hospitality I received.
